Se hai smarrito il tuo bagaglio o oggetti a bordo dell'aereo, puoi contattare la società di handling responsabile dei servizi di assistenza a terra per la tua compagnia aerea. Il numero da chiamare per il tuo volo di partenza sarà visualizzato sullo schermo accanto all'area del ritiro bagagli. L'ufficio bagagli smarriti si trova presso gli arrivi del Terminal 3 (vicino al Deposito Bagagli) e puoi raggiungerli al numero +39 0665955253. Sono aperti dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 7:00 alle 15:00. Se smarrisci il tuo bagaglio dopo i controlli di sicurezza, chiama il numero +39 0665953313 o invia una mail a lostfoundadr@adr.it. L'ufficio bagagli smarriti si trova presso gli arrivi del Terminal 3, nella zona di riconsegna bagagli (davanti al nastro 11) ed è aperto tutti i giorni dalle 7:00 alle 15:00.
